Biden Announces If He’s Running in 2024

President Joe Biden has officially announced his intention to run for re-election in the 2024 U.S. presidential election.

In a three-minute video, Biden emphasized the importance of personal freedom and criticized “MAGA extremists” who he believes are working to take those freedoms away. He also urged Americans to stand up for their civil rights and the right to vote.

Biden’s campaign launch video included photos and clips from his first two years in office as well as snapshots of his Republican rivals, including former President Donald Trump, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, and GOP House Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene.

The president urged Americans to defend democracy and stand up for their personal freedoms, saying “this is not a time to be complacent.”

Julie Chávez Rodríguez, a White House adviser, will serve as Biden’s campaign manager, and Quentin Fulks, who ran Democratic Senator Raphael Warnock’s reelection campaign in Georgia last year, will serve as his principal deputy campaign manager.

Democratic House Reps. Lisa Blunt-Rochester, Jim Clyburn and Veronica Escobar, Democratic Senators Chris Coons and Tammy Duckworth, Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer, and entertainment mogul-turned-Democratic mega-donor Jeffrey Katzenberg will serve as co-chairs of Biden’s 2024 campaign.

Biden’s potential second term would end when he is 86 years old, making him the oldest president in U.S. history. So far, only two other Democrats have announced their intention to run against Biden in next year’s election: anti-vaccine activist Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., and spiritual guru Marianne Williamson.

Shortly after Biden’s announcement, Republican National Committee Chair Ronna McDaniel criticized the president’s decision to seek re-election, stating that if voters let Biden “finish the job,” inflation will continue to rise, crime rates will increase, more fentanyl will cross the border, children will be left behind, and American families will be worse off.

Biden’s decision to seek re-election comes at a time of significant political polarization in the United States, with both major political parties jockeying for position ahead of the 2024 presidential election.

With the announcement of his campaign team and his focus on personal freedom and civil rights, Biden has signaled that he intends to continue to promote a progressive agenda and defend democratic values in the years to come.

  1. Will the Dims try to re-run The Most Unpopular/Hated President in History?
He allowed an unneeded war/mass murdering in Ukraine because ‘war presidents’ are thought to gain in popularity…

  2. I hope people wake up and don’t vote for this idiot hasn’t he destroyed this Country enough

  3. God help save our country. 2 years of this man has already changed the face of America for the worst. What will 6 more years do? That is, if he lives that long, and if he doesn’t, our fate is even worse with Harris.
