Walmart Mass Shooter Receives Sentence

Patrick Crusius, who carried out the tragic El Paso Walmart shooting in 2019, was given 90 consecutive life terms. Crusius was sentenced for the horrible conduct that resulted in the deaths of 23 people and the injuries of numerous others following a difficult three-day hearing. The Texas state government is still seeking the death penalty for the shooter even though the federal case has come to an end.

While the federal case has come to an end, the legal conflict against Crusius is still ongoing at the state level. Bill Hicks, the district attorney for El Paso County, stated that the gunman is still being sought for the death penalty by his office.
