The Alleged Incident:
The Dallas Police Department responded to a “major disturbance call” on Wednesday in the 3100 block of N. The situation escalated, with Miller allegedly assaulting the victim. While the victim, whose identity remains undisclosed, did not require hospitalization, she received treatment for “minor injuries.”
Arrest Warrant and Charge:

In response to the reports, the Buffalo Bills issued a statement acknowledging the incident. The team stated, “This morning, we were made aware of an incident involving Von Miller. We are in the process of gathering more information and will have no further comment at this point.” The Bills, currently on a bye week, are undoubtedly grappling with the implications of their star player facing serious legal charges.
