A traveler at Denver International Airport turned heads — and has now gone viral — after she was caught on video screaming at a Southwest Airlines employee during a tense showdown at the gate.

The clip, posted to TikTok on Nov. 21, shows a woman wearing white sweatpants and an olive-green crop top yelling at both airline staff and other passengers at the Southwest gate.

“Do you feel safe?” she shouted at nearby travelers before turning her anger toward the airline employee.

“How dare you treat me this way?” she screamed. “Who are you? Why is our plane late? Why are we not boarding?”

At one point, she threatened to sue the employee and even implied she would get them fired.

“This is not okay!” she continued, pacing and yelling toward the counter.

The woman appeared to be removed from the flight shortly after — though it’s unclear whether her outburst or routine overbooking was the reason. Moments later, two airport security officers approached, prompting cheers from bystanders. Text in the video reads, “the cops took her away lmao.”

According to the person who filmed the video, the Southwest employee was shaken by the encounter. “She had tears in her eyes,” the TikToker wrote in the comments, adding in an email that the whole scene was “quite a chaotic moment to experience.”

“She became extremely upset about the boarding process not going quick enough and started yelling at the staff,” the witness explained. “The employees handled it calmly until security escorted her away.”

The video has racked up over 2.3 million views and more than 5,200 comments as of Nov. 23, with viewers stunned by the woman’s meltdown.

“Has this lady never experienced a delay of ANY sort?” one commenter wrote.

Another added, “The airport is the last place I’m letting my demons loose. You gotta keep yourself off the no-fly list, mama.”

Others pointed out what many frequent flyers know all too well: “Why do people harass the gate agents like any delays or cancellations are their fault?”

  1. The airlines are kind of a mess but it isn’t the fault of the employees we have contact with . They try their best and are due courtesy !

    1. Same thing here….feel sorry for her parents! Those Gate agents are doing their best everyday in a profession that stressful. It’s a wonder a Gate agent hasn’t gone rogue on a few of these “people”…

I’ve been delayed at the gate for something that either came up or the plane wasn’t ready…IT’S NO BIG DEAL! at least it’s NOT WORTH IT to be screaming at the gate agents, because they didn’t cause the delay! Honestly, the nerve of some people to scream and rant like a psycho because of the “God Forbid I’m late…Do you KNOW who I am” mentality of some folks….Like I tell my elderly mother, “This is why the aliens don’t talk to us!”.

    This Gen Z lady/overgrown toddler needs some time in a jail cell to cool off…She just might have received the lovely “Flight Ban” that she seems to deserve…
