Chaos erupted inside a McDonald’s in Brazil after a heated argument between customers and staff spiraled into a violent confrontation — capped off by one man launching a flying kick at an employee.
The wild scene unfolded at a McDonald’s location in São Paulo and was caught on video, quickly spreading online. According to reports, the incident took place on Dec. 13 during a dispute between a couple and restaurant workers.
Video footage shows the argument intensifying as both sides shout across the counter. At one point, a female customer is seen picking up a fallen burger and hurling it at an employee. Moments later, a worker appears to throw a burger box back toward a man wearing a white T-shirt who was with the woman.

As tensions rise, the man is seen leading a small child away from the counter before suddenly sprinting back and launching himself into the air, delivering a flying kick toward employees behind the counter. One worker appears to swing back, after which the man backs away.
Other employees rush in to try to de-escalate the situation as the woman continues demanding a refund. Before the video cuts off, she can be seen grabbing another object from the counter and throwing it.
The exact cause of the argument remains unclear, though local outlets suggested it may have stemmed from a food order dispute.
In a statement, McDonald’s said it regretted the violent incident at its São Paulo restaurant and confirmed it was investigating the altercation and taking appropriate action.
