A wild festival moment turned terrifying after a raging bull sent a man flying with a brutal headbutt caught on camera.

The chaos unfolded during a “Running of the Bulls” event at the San José fair in Peru, where crowds gathered to watch — and in some cases, run alongside — bulls charging through the streets.

In the now-viral video, one bull suddenly breaks from the pack and launches straight at a man identified as Cesar del Rio Ganoza. With little time to react, the animal slams into him headfirst, lifting him off his feet and knocking him unconscious.

Onlookers can be heard screaming as the shocking moment plays out.

Several people rushed into the street to help, quickly carrying Ganoza away from the danger.

Despite the violent hit, he reportedly avoided serious injuries. He later shared a photo from the hospital showing his face bandaged as he recovered.

Another festival-goer wasn’t as lucky. A 25-year-old man suffered a deep arm injury during the chaos and needed 20 stitches.

Bull runs and similar events remain popular in parts of Peru, even as critics continue to push for bans over safety concerns for both participants and animals.

But this latest incident is a stark reminder of just how quickly things can turn dangerous when the bulls are let loose.
