Dwayne Johnson, renowned actor and former professional wrestler, is currently embroiled in a massive $3 billion lawsuit that recently made progress in the courts. The lawsuit, filed by TNA and WWE star Trenesha Biggers, also known as Rhaka Khan, includes a long list of defendants, including Johnson, various sports stars, businesses, and even law enforcement agencies. The lawsuit alleges a conspiracy to kidnap Biggers and her children, presenting a complex legal battle for all parties involved.

Johnson’s Career and Recent Projects

Dwayne Johnson, popularly known as “The Rock,” has built an impressive career in Hollywood after rising to fame as a professional wrestler. He has starred in numerous blockbuster films, including the Fast and the Furious franchise, Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle, and Disney’s Jungle Cruise. Despite his commercial success, Johnson has faced criticism for his alleged self-promotion and brand-building tactics surrounding his projects.

The Black Adam Controversy

Johnson’s film Black Adam, part of the struggling DC Extended Universe, garnered attention last year when he claimed it would save the franchise. However, controversy arose when leaked documents allegedly showed conflicting financial information about the movie’s profitability. This fueled accusations of selfishness and prioritizing personal branding over the success of the superhero franchise.

$3 Billion Lawsuit and Legal Proceedings

Trenesha Biggers, also known as Rhaka Khan, filed the $3 billion lawsuit, naming Johnson and several other defendants, including sports stars, businesses, and law enforcement agencies. The complaint accuses the defendants of conspiring to kidnap Biggers and her children. Notably, Biggers herself has faced legal troubles, with a bench warrant issued for her failure to appear in a criminal trial in Texas in 2022, where she faced charges related to child custody.

Progress in the Courts

After months of inactivity, the $3 billion lawsuit involving Dwayne Johnson gained momentum as Trenesha Biggers paid the court fees in full, allowing the case to move forward. As of now, none of the defendants listed in the complaint have been served with legal documents. Biggers, who is currently on the El Paso Police Department’s wanted list, has had a tumultuous history, including being previously placed on El Paso’s most wanted fugitive list for child custody charges in 2019.
