Kevin O’Leary, the blunt-talking investor and famed “Shark Tank” star, didn’t hold back when discussing Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., in a recent interview. In a fiery exchange on OutKick’s “Maintaining with Tyrus,” O’Leary pulled no punches, slamming the progressive Democrat’s management skills while likening her district to a “Third World country.”

“She’s a great politician, but a horrific manager,” O’Leary asserted, his criticism ringing loud and clear. “Her jurisdiction looks like a Third World country,” he added, leaving little room for ambiguity.

Indeed, O’Leary’s words pack a punch, highlighting the stark contrast between Ocasio-Cortez’s political prowess and her ability to effectively manage her district. While she excels at grabbing attention on social media and making headlines with provocative statements, her track record when it comes to governance leaves much to be desired.

The investor didn’t mince words when referencing Ocasio-Cortez’s role in blocking Amazon from building its second headquarters in Queens back in 2020. Describing her campaign against the tech giant as a job-killing move that cost the city thousands of good-paying jobs, O’Leary pulled no punches in his assessment of her actions.

And he’s not alone in his criticism. Others, like CEO of Job Creators Network Alfredo Ortiz, have echoed similar sentiments, decrying Ocasio-Cortez’s anti-Amazon stance as detrimental to the city’s economic growth.

But O’Leary’s critique doesn’t stop there. He’s also taken aim at Ocasio-Cortez’s “Tax the Rich” merchandise, mocking her socialist rhetoric while highlighting the irony of profiting off capitalist ventures.

In the end, O’Leary’s message to New York voters is crystal clear: demand better management from your elected officials. In a democracy, he argues, citizens have the power to hold their representatives accountable and demand results.

Whether his words will resonate remains to be seen, but one thing is certain: O’Leary isn’t afraid to speak his mind, even if it means ruffling a few feathers along the way. As he aptly puts it, “Inside of every socialist, there’s a capitalist screaming to get out.” And with that trademark candor, O’Leary leaves us with a simple message: call him, AOC. Let’s blow this thing up together.
