Today, we dive into a story that’s as American as apple pie: the clash between political dynasties, the deep state, and a justice system that’s supposed to play fair but often seems to be rigged against anyone challenging the status quo. I’m talking about Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s latest legal wins in North Carolina and Michigan, where courts of appeals reversed prior denials to get his name off the general election ballots in these crucial swing states.
Let’s not sugarcoat this. Robert F. Kennedy Jr., a man with Democratic blood running through his veins and a last name synonymous with American politics, recently did something that shocked everyone—he dropped his independent bid and threw his support behind President Donald Trump. Now, I don’t need to tell you that this is a big deal. The Kennedy family has been intertwined with the Democratic Party for generations, and now, here’s RFK Jr. turning his back on all of that and endorsing Trump. That’s a seismic shift in the political landscape, folks.
But it’s not just about the endorsement. Since backing Trump, Kennedy has been trying to navigate a minefield, attempting to get his name off the ballots in states where his presence might hurt Trump’s chances. On the other hand, in states where his name could actually siphon votes away from Kamala Harris, Democrats have been pulling every trick in the book to keep him on the ballot. It’s a strategic chess game, but here’s the kicker: the Democrats are bending over backward to play it their way, and it’s becoming more than obvious.
Just look at North Carolina. Back in July, Democrats were in full panic mode, scrambling to sue Kennedy to keep him off the ballot. Why? Because they feared he’d steal votes from Harris. Fast forward to now, and the tables have turned. Kennedy’s fight to get off the ballot was blocked at first by the Democrat-run North Carolina State Board of Elections. They said no, flat out. Kennedy took it to court, where a lower court judge also said no. But then, on Friday, the North Carolina Court of Appeals gave Kennedy the win he was looking for, ordering the state to halt the distribution of ballots with his name on them. And here’s the kicker: the court didn’t even bother explaining their decision. They just said, “Stop.” No rhyme or reason given—just pure, unadulterated legal muscle flexing.
So, now North Carolina is in a frenzy. Election officials planned to start mailing out ballots, but the court’s order threw a wrench in those plans. Now they’ve got to reprint and resend ballots, which could take weeks. And as of Friday evening, the Democrat-controlled NCSBE was already filing an appeal with the state Supreme Court. They’re desperate to overturn this ruling because, let’s face it, this is all about control.
Now, let’s shift over to Michigan. Same story, different state. The Michigan Court of Appeals also sided with Kennedy on Friday, ordering that his name be removed from ballots. But just like North Carolina, the Democrat machine wasted no time. Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson’s office immediately filed an emergency appeal, racing against the clock because Michigan law has some strict deadlines about getting ballots ready, especially for military voters.
So, why does this matter? Well, Michigan and North Carolina are not just any states—they’re battlegrounds. In Michigan, Kennedy was polling at about 5 percent, with Trump holding a slim lead over Harris. In a tight race, every vote counts, and the Democrats know it. That’s why they’re doing everything they can to manipulate ballot access, using the courts to try and rig the system in their favor. And it’s not just about Kennedy. This is a preview of how far they’ll go to control the outcome of the 2024 election.
So, what’s the takeaway here? The Democrats are panicking, and when they panic, they litigate. They’d rather have the courts decide the outcome of this election than trust the American people to make their voices heard. And as for Kennedy, he’s not backing down. He’s showing that he’s willing to fight, even against his own party’s legacy, to support a candidate he believes in. Whether you agree with his decision or not, you’ve got to respect the man’s determination to stand up to the establishment.
Stay tuned, folks. This is just the beginning. The road to November is going to be a wild ride, and we’ll be right here, breaking it all down for you.
