El Salvador’s Bukele Mocks Hunter Biden Over Wild Invasion Threat: “What Is He Sniffing?”

El Salvador’s president just fired back at Hunter Biden — and he didn’t hold back.

After Hunter Biden unleashed an expletive-filled rant on a recent podcast, threatening to invade El Salvador if he ever became president, Nayib Bukele responded with brutal sarcasm: “Is Hunter Biden sniffing powdered milk?”

Bukele’s dig, posted on X late Monday, wasn’t just a punchline. It was a clear jab at Hunter’s well-documented drug abuse history — one he’s publicly admitted to, including once mistaking Parmesan cheese for crack.

The bizarre political dust-up erupted after Hunter appeared on Andrew Callaghan’s Channel 5 podcast, where he claimed he’d use military force to make Bukele send back Salvadoran migrants who’d been deported by President Donald Trump.

“I’d call the f—ing president of El Salvador and say, ‘You either f—ing send them back or I’m going to f—ing invade,’” Hunter Biden said, referring to prisoners deported to El Salvador and held in its infamous CECOT megaprison.

He also slammed Trump and Bukele as “f—ing dictator-thugs,” accusing them of crimes against migrants.

Bukele, now a top regional ally to President Trump, laughed off the threat. His X post included a video clip of the interview, captioned with the powdered milk quip — a clear reference to Hunter’s history of drug use and erratic behavior.

Bukele didn’t stop there. He posted about a recent high-level prisoner exchange between the U.S., El Salvador, and Venezuela, framing it as proof of his ongoing cooperation with Washington — and a stark contrast to Biden’s meltdown.

“The Maduro regime only protested after realizing they gave up hostages and got nothing of equal value,” Bukele said in Spanish, referencing the controversial swap in which Venezuela freed 10 U.S. citizens while El Salvador helped transport deportees back to Caracas.

The internet lit up with reactions, many mocking Hunter’s meltdown. Conservative commentators pointed to his history with drugs, his botched business deals, and his ongoing legal problems.

Radio host Jesse Kelly called it “a toddler tantrum dressed in presidential cosplay.”

Hunter’s credibility has been further battered by past scandals, including lying on a federal gun background check about his drug use, and his admissions on CBS News about smoking anything that resembled crack.

“This guy’s not fit to run a sandwich shop, let alone a country,” one top Republican strategist told us.

The Biden campaign has not commented on the interview. President Trump’s team, meanwhile, brushed off the threat as “just another Hunter hallucination.”

In contrast, Trump has praised Bukele’s leadership repeatedly — especially his crackdown on gangs and his cooperation in the Trump administration’s stepped-up deportation policies.

El Salvador’s CECOT, or Centro de Confinamiento del Terrorismo, is the massive super-prison where thousands of gang members and criminal deportees are held. It’s become a symbol of Bukele’s iron-fisted rule — and a flashpoint in U.S. politics.

Democrats have recently begun attacking Trump’s alliance with Bukele, with some senators even calling for sanctions over alleged human rights abuses.

Senator Tim Kaine recently addressed the Senate floor in Spanish, warning that “El Salvador has become a dumping ground for deportees with no oversight.”

Still, support for Bukele remains strong among Trump voters, who see him as a no-nonsense ally against illegal immigration.

Hunter Biden’s wild fantasy of sending tanks to San Salvador might’ve been an attempt at tough talk — but it landed like a punchline. And Bukele, ever the showman, was happy to deliver the knockout.
