In a recent interview, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis (R) shared his thoughts on how the accumulation of power in Washington, D.C. could be addressed.

He proposed that certain federal agencies be relocated outside of the nation’s capital. This measure could help to decentralize power and promote a more balanced distribution of authority throughout the country.

We commend Governor DeSantis for his efforts to address this important issue and appreciate his commitment to ensuring a fair and equitable distribution of power in our nation.

“Too much power has accumulated in D.C. and the result is a detached administrative state that rules over us and imposes its will on us,” DeSantis said in an interview with The New York Post published on Saturday.

“While there are a host of things that need to be done to re-constitutionalize government, parceling out federal agencies to other parts of the country could help reduce the negative effects of this accumulation of power.”

DeSantis also defended his controversial actions around education, saying he does not “promise things [he] can’t deliver.”

The recent actions taken by the Florida Governor have been the subject of nationwide attention and criticism, particularly from those who believe in traditional conservative values. One such action involved blocking an African American Studies course from the AP curriculum. Additionally, the Governor signed a bill requiring public school books to meet state standards, which includes ensuring that they are age-appropriate and free of inappropriate content.

As an advocate for conservative values, Governor DeSantis has made it clear that he is committed to protecting the citizens of Florida from the progressive agenda that many institutions in our country are attempting to impose on society. By doing so, he is safeguarding the right of Floridians to live their lives according to their beliefs and values, free from the constant pressure to conform to the latest liberal trends.

Governor DeSantis was elected to the Florida Governorship in 2018, and many see him as a strong contender for the 2024 Presidential race. While he has yet to formally announce his candidacy, his actions in Florida demonstrate his commitment to conservative principles and values.

Still, he has become a frequent target of former President Trump, who was the first prominent Republican to enter the 2024 race.

DeSantis is among a number of Republican governors and former governors considering a White House bid, including New Hampshire Gov. Chris Sununu, former Arkansas Gov. Asa Hutchinson, former Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan and former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie.

Former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley announced her campaign for the nation’s top seat last week, making her the first Republican to formally challenge Trump in the 2024 GOP primary.

Haley, Trump’s former United Nations ambassador, is among a handful of top administration officials eyeing the White House, along with former Vice President Mike Pence and former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo.

  1. Yes, Hitlerite DeSantis, along with Hitlerite Jokementia Bribery, know all about accumulating power to over rule over us…
We’ll just stick with Good Freedoms Trump !!!

    1. Buzz,
I finally agree with you about something…DeSantis is a Hitlerite!! But I still have to ask, why do you continue to lower yourself to the depths of calling people names? Virtually all of your replies are riddled with the same rhetoric. You can be taken so much more seriously if you would just share your thoughts in an adult manner without the name calling. Just an observation. Have a good day, Sir.

  2. So say the authoritarian that have emasculated elected local government as well as elected school boards and elected district attorneys as he is spending our tax monies to make cultural warrior points with the crazy ignorant MAGA crowd.

As he allowed 84,000+ Floridians to died from COVID as he peddle anti-vaccines and all safety measures regarding contagions, DeathSantis is far worse that lying Donnie as he is actually smart and educated, just far too ambitious to really give a damn about people.

The reason ALL governments usually have all their key agencies in their Capital is because they need to meet and interface with each others and with the President and as we all found that last year, phone, Zoom and Microsoft Teams are not good enough. I hope to God, this evil creep never becomes President.

    1. Most people dying of Covid are already saturated with the deadly nonworking fake ‘vaccine’ Covid shots/boosters! Don’t you ever learn anything but Democrat lies?
